although, we were able to get it assembled with electric drill, it was still time consuming.the foam was so hard to get into the seat covers and the fabric is scratchy.other than that, the price and quality is satisfactoryThe quality on this sofa is better than I expected. Quality of the frame and cushions is great for the price. Assembly was straight forward and took about an hour with my husband and sons working on it. The waterproof cover is nice too. It’s just what I was looking for for our deck.Nice that it came in one box. The challenge was the vacuum pack with 2 foam cushions was inflated. It took 20 minutes and 2 people to get it out from the side frame it was stored in. Look at the picture instructions very carefully to ensure you are using the correct screws for each step. Do not tighten until the back and seats are assembled. Then work on attaching the sides while resting the seat on a box or other firm surface to make sure the screws go in straight. It took us about 4 hours to put together because of the hand tools that came with it and a missing nut that required a trip to the hardware store.(we didn’t have a spare nut) The set is comfortable and overall we are happy with it.This couch is perfect even the the length.cushion are comfortable good size of thickness also cushion do not slide, rain beads right offSo far so good. It took a couple hours to put together, but was well worth the wait. It came with all parts and tool needed to assemble. I really like that it came with a cover, to protect it when not in use. I spend more time on our porch since I can enjoy the outside while sitting on my beautiful outdoor couch. Thank you!I am so pleased with this purchase. So FedEx dropped off big box. I am pretty disabled so I was not able to carry it to the porch but I managed to take it piece by piece onto the back porch to assemble.The first thing you want to do is make sure all your parts are there and mine were.I would suggest keeping all of the washers and bolts in the little plastic bags that they come in. This makes it easier to assemble.It was a total of six hours to assemble but bear in mind that I am handicapped and have issues with my hands so I found that it was pretty easy to do. The directions are schematic and it was a little challenging but I got through it.Another Keynote is when you open up the plastic where the cushions are that you have to put into the covers they are going to expand from 1 inch to 4 inches very quickly. Installing the cushion into the cover I recommend folding it in half pushing it all the way to the back and then releasing it and talking and straightening. The cushions are absolutely fabulous I love the nonskid bottom. I wish that my existing set had this on it because overtime they slide off.The quality of the frame is phenomenal with good crossbeam underneath.Everything that you need to assemble it comes with the package which is an Allen wrench and a wrench. No other tools are necessary.I was also extremely happy that it came a week earlier than what was anticipated.The only drawback was that the back of the couch is short but after I spent six hours assembling it I took a nice 2 1/2 hour nap on it and it was incredibly comfortable.So with this old lady could put it together you could round two and he will be very happy with that! And the nice thing is the furniture even though it’s very well constructed it’s not a heavy piece of furniture and easy to move around.It is a nice outdoor sofa. Only had it around three weeks and one of the side cushions already has a rip inCOLOR is outstanding. Sturdy as they come. Excellent buy.
