I'm satisfied with this purchase, it was only about $550 when I bought it and overall I like it. I will say the Navy Blue color is slightly lighter in person than it is portrayed in the pictures. If you look at the pictures I posted, that is a very accurate color display of the Navy Blue. It is more like a "Dallas Cowboys Blue" not a Navy Blue. And you will see a size comparison of me and the couch.I read several negative comments so ill address them as it pertained to me in my situation. Id keep in mind that when you order anything online you take certain risks and all these risks I'll address. But just because they did or didn't happen to me doesn't mean it did or didn't happen to someone else or happen to you.Returns:I read several posts about the return process being painful mainly because of the boxes. You have to return the couch in boxes that it will fit in. So I opened the boxes properly to keep them intact in the case I want to return them and saved the boxes if i do end up returning for some reason, but as of now i do not have intentions to return the couch as I said earlier, I like it.Shipping:It originally said it would be delivered in 3 days. It actually took 5 days. In my opinion that's not a big deal and i do not see that as an issue. It is a very big couch and comes in two very large boxes so it makes sense it takes a little longer.Assembly:I read tons of reviews saying the assembly was a hassle and took forever and that people had to drill new holes and tear fabric because the holes didn't align correctly. Also that people were missing parts and screws? I did NOT experience either of those at all! I had all the pieces and all the screws required. Every single hole matched up perfectly and it took me maybe 30-45 minutes to put together. My only complaint is that it uses an allen wrench for the bolts instead of socket head bolts or even screws with phillips heads. (This would have made it much easier as I could have used my drill to tight all the bolts) However the assembly was super easy and not at hassle at all for me.Size:The couch is very long! which is perfect that is why I bought it. I am a 6' - 210 lbs male and I can lay down long ways on the couch with my head on the arm rest and my feet are no where near the other arm of the couch. Width wise, I think it is good, maybe a little narrow compared to big expensive couches, but still a great size in my opinion. Again I am 6' tall and if I sit all the way back to the back cushion it extends right up to where my knee bends. (Good enough for me) again I bought it more because of how long it is. It does sit a little lower to the ground than, again, an expensive big couch. However it is not to low in my opinion. When standing right next to it the height comes up to my knees.Comfort:Lastly I think the couch is overall very comfortable. The bottom cushions are very firm but very soft, and the back pillows and arm rest are not as firm but also very soft. The bottom cushions have a Velcro pad to keep them in place, and the arm rest pillows have a zipper to hold them in place. But, the back pillows don't have anything holding them in and have the possibility of moving but iv had the couch for a few days and sat on it and haven't noticed any movement as the pillows fit in perfectly and kind of secure each other in place.I’ve had this for about a month Starting off this couch was very easy to assemble came in 2 boxes with straight forward instructions I can appreciate that, I purchased this couch because I wanted something modern looking but yet still affordable and it gives exactly that initially I worried this couch sat to low to the floor which it does but not weird looking low .. if that makes since lol you do not sink when you sit down which was also important for me being a velvet material and black you do need to clean this couch every other day but that’s not a deal breaker for me I do have a toddler that jumps around from time to time and so far so good if your interested in buying I say go for it it’s not something I plan on keeping for years down the line but for the price range I think it’s pretty good quality and will last you for awhile. For the price i think this is a good buy for someone who prioritizes aesthetics over comfort/quality.Assembly: Packaging was okay but could have been better. It came in two large boxes with the legs and screws taped up. I was able to assemble this on my own (mid 20s woman) within a short time (less than an hour) and even though there are no words on the instructions, the pictures make it very obvious. You will have to rip the fabric on the bottom for the screws to show up on the other end and it was a little annoying.Quality: You would have to pay a heck of a lot more to find a couch of this design that's also great quality but i don't think the quality here is terrible. THE SEAT CUSHIONS ARE FIRM. I was not a fan of this at first but after having it for a couple weeks I think it will work mainly thanks to the back cushions that are much more comfortable and forgiving. I'm still able to relax and rest/nap on the couch but this isn't something I know I can sink into after a long day. The covers are a great color (I have the navy) but you'll have to be careful as crumb/link/dust clings.Overall: I give this a 3 maybe 3.5 rating. The price and quality make this an apartment piece as opposed to a home. It's pretty and works for me.the dimensions are weird and its difficult to get comfortable on it, especially with two people. my feet hang off of the "chaise" section. the armrest cushion constantly falls off the side (its zippered on one side, but never stays in place for long). the wood underneath has some rough corners, so im constantly bumping it if the cushions aren't in the perfect placement. My boyfriend sits on it and, without fail, evertime mentions how much he dislikes my couch. also, just a side note, the legs are a bit sharp. otherwise, it looks fine and fit the style of my living room. I got it because it looked pretty good and was inexpensive. You will need pennies, screw drivers, and pliers, in addition to the tools provided in order to put together the couch. Note and recommendations to future and current buyers..1. The pegs do not always go into the pre-drilled holes. Try unscrewing and putting pennies (then retightening) in under the washers in order to correct this.2. The hooks that attach the main part of the couch to the chaise were attached incorrectly on my couch, meaning that one side was way higher than the other. If you switch the direction of one (have to unscrew and re-attach), you will be able to correctly attach it. Also, if you try putting books under the legs of one side, it makes it easer to get the hooks in.3. You might have to consider buying something to keep the bottom cushions in place. After A LOT of extra work, I was able to get the couch together and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE COUCH. Would have given five stars if it didn't take extra work to assemble.
